TMS 3D Machining Inc. respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. We follow Canada's federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you submit our quote form, contact us by phone, or email us, we collect:
- Name, phone number, email address, and company name if you provide one
- Details about the part or job you want quoted
- Drawings and CAD files you send us
- The page you submitted from and the time of submission
Your drawings and technical data
Drawings, CAD files, and part specifications you send us are used only to quote and produce your parts. We do not share them with third parties, publish them, or reuse them for other customers. If you require a signed non-disclosure agreement before sending drawings, ask when you get in touch.
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- Get back to you about your quote or order
- Produce your parts to the drawing you supplied
- Arrange pickup or shipping
- Keep records of past orders so repeat orders are easy
We do not sell your information, share it with marketers, or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and order records for as long as you remain a customer plus 7 years for tax and business-record purposes. Quote requests that do not turn into orders are deleted within 12 months.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our database and email. All providers we use comply with industry-standard security practices.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you have the right to access the information we hold about you and to ask us to correct or delete it. Email tms3dmachining@hotmail.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses minimal cookies, only what is needed to make the site work. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking.
