CNC machine shop, Scarborough, Ontario

Precision CNC machined metal parts, from your drawing to your dock.

Send us the drawing. We build the CAD, program the machines, cut the parts, and check them against the print. One-off prototypes through production runs in the thousands, all from our shop in Scarborough.

Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm. Closed weekends.

What we do

One shop, start to finish: drawing review, CAD and CAM, machining, inspection against the print, and shipping.

How it works

Four steps between your drawing and finished parts.

1

Send your drawing

Email your drawing or submit it with the quote form. PDF works, CAD files (STEP, DXF) are even better. Include material, quantity, and any deadline.

2

We review and quote

We check the drawing, flag anything that looks off, and come back with a price and a lead time. Questions get asked before metal is cut, not after.

3

We program and machine

CAD models and CNC toolpaths are built in-house, then your parts are machined in the metal your drawing calls for.

4

Inspect, pick up, or ship

Parts are checked against the drawing before they leave. Pick up at our Scarborough shop or have the order shipped to your dock.

Have a drawing ready?

Send it over with the quantity you need. We review it, ask the right questions, and quote it.

Who we work with

If your product, machine, or repair needs a metal part made to a drawing, that is our job.

🏭

Manufacturers & OEMs

Repeat production parts for your product or assembly line, machined to the same drawing every order, with your program and process notes kept on file.

📐

Engineers & designers

Prototypes and first articles to prove out a design, with feedback from the machining side on what a small tweak could save you in production.

🔧

Maintenance & repair

Replacement parts for equipment where the original supplier is gone. We can measure a sample part and rebuild the drawing when none exists.

Why customers stay with TMS

🖥️

CAD and CAM in-house

The person programming your part works next to the machines cutting it. Drawing questions become a phone call, not a week of back-and-forth through a broker.

📏

The drawing is the contract

Parts are checked against your print before they ship, and through the run on production orders. If something looks wrong on the drawing, we ask before we cut.

Family-run, straight answers

A family-run Scarborough shop. You talk to the people doing the work, quotes say what the job really costs, and if we cannot hit your deadline you hear it up front.

Machine shop FAQs

The questions we get asked before a first order, answered straight.

How do I get a quote for machined parts? +

Send us your drawing and the quantity you need, either through the quote form on this site or by email. PDF drawings work, and CAD files like STEP or DXF speed things up. We review the drawing, ask any questions before quoting, and come back with a price and a lead time. If you have a deadline, include it and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.

What kinds of parts do you machine? +

Metal parts machined to your drawing. Our customers send dimensioned drawings, we build the CAD models and CNC programs in-house, machine the parts, check them against the print, and ship them. If you are unsure whether your part is a fit, send the drawing with the quote request and we will give you a straight answer.

What quantities do you handle? +

From a single prototype to production runs in the thousands. A lot of our repeat work lands between a few dozen and a few thousand parts per order. One-offs carry more setup cost per part, which the quote will show, and the per-piece price drops as quantity rises.

Do you do the CAD work, or do I need to supply CAD files? +

We do the CAD and CAM in-house. A dimensioned PDF drawing is enough, and we can also work from hand sketches with dimensions or measure an existing sample part when no drawing exists. If you do have CAD files, send them, they save modelling time and reduce transcription risk on complex parts.

Where are you located and can I pick parts up? +

The shop is at 33 Casebridge Ct, Unit 2-3, Scarborough, Ontario, near Morningside Heights. Pickup at the shop is welcome Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, and we can arrange shipping to your dock for customers further out.

How fast can you turn a job around? +

Lead time depends on the part, the quantity, material availability, and the current queue, so we confirm it with every quote instead of promising a blanket number. Tell us your deadline in the quote request. If we cannot hit it, you will hear that before you commit, not after.

Question not covered? Call during business hours or send it with your quote request.
